Joe and I

As they always say,Conferences and workshops are the best places to network and discover like minds. I was so glad that i did not have to each time explain what Mentoring was all about in the IMA conference. It made such a huge dfference to share your thoughts with others who are in the same area of work. So much discovery in mutual learning.
IMA's president Joe Pascarelli is a wonderful person to know. So rich in information and so simple and approachable. Two qualities you would want in a mentor- right?
His opening session was so full of life and energy. It left me amazed at how deep mentoring can be at the end of the day...

At the very onset - congrats on the blog. :) :)

Moreover, i couldn't agree more with regards to the enrichment that an experience that one bags on a platform such as this. Having to share ground with like-minded people augments one's POV.

cheers

IT IS WONDERFUL TO GO THROUGH THE SITE.In ASIA-PACIFIC a common electronic media with a person of this high knowledge in mentoring will ensure all Medium and Large Scale industries to deploy good quality manpower and all these days we had tough days to identify the core problems.Unlike all other developed countries we lack high tech method to boost up production and quality. With Mrs Meena Lochani Approach to her subject will make a turn around not only in India but also in other places in world economy
On the whole it will be a good attempt and I feel it will make a Psycho-economical effect in growing industries.I wish All who need her service to get themselves updated will reach the apogee in their business standard.I wish her all the best
